Well, I am trying, really, I am.
It is just that a coffee in the morning helps me get going, and then during the day I just forget to drink...much of anything.
Not good for the body, I know.
So in order to actually achieve a fairly simple resolution, I am filling a pitcher of water each day and placing it with a glass on the kitchen bench where I walk past countless times a day. A pretty in your face reminder, no??
I am also carrying around a drink bottle as I play with the girls and do my chores. Between the two of them, it is really the minimum I should be drinking each day, but it is better than what I was drinking :).
